Why Parents Stick With The Sinking Ship

Okay, I am slow but maybe I figured out why some parents stick by their kids story no matter what....... Are you ready for this?

They feel that if their kid messes up that this is some sort of reflection of THEM as parents.

My philosophy? Hey teach them as best as you can and let them go......and hope you don't end up on the news.
